to be enjoyable, but not everyone likes cartoons.
As far as live action goes, the new V series and The Big Bang Theory are worth watching.
If you're looking into older shows, The Twilight Zone, The Outer Limits, The Outer Limits (the 90s one), The X Files, Space: Above and Beyond, Deep Space Nine, and Babylon 5 are all good.
