Elysia is a rich profiting planet in trade. Thier Drop Troops are kitted out with high tech equipment from other proverinces.

So I would say Elysia is a wealthy planet mind you they have problems with space pirates.

Run a whole lot of wfrp and other rpg's, play The Woods and Kill Team, gather and look mournfully at imperial guard knowing I'll never finish enough to use them on the tabletop
