This sounds interesting.

Though it might be an idea to give everyone stats more reflective of their character, rather than everyone being the same... would certainly add to things in my eyes anyway

In your base, ignoring your logic.

The stat line would be better if it reflected the specific character, but then everyone would be CSM so they wouldn't die IMHO.

The stat line also includes the fact that if I tried to balance characters on both sides they should both technically have the same chance of survival then. The stat line just makes it incredibly easier for me to balance everyone and use luck instead of bias to determine what happens to the players.
