Crisis suits are jump infantry with jet packs, which confers the relentless USR.

The codex rule states they are effectivly relentless with regard to rapid fire weapons, though not including heavy weapons.

However this is fixed with the fact that jet pack troops have the relentless USR as per the BRB as the ability in the codex states the suits recoil system gives the bonus for rapid fire, while not carrying over to heavy weapons.

Just because the stealth suits may buy a markerlight isn't reason enough to argue crisis suits don't give relenetless from the jet pack rules in the BRB to drones, since a fire warrior can take a markerlight.
