Besides, Commissar bits could be used for extra command squad zazz. Mmmm, zazz.

IF(and that's a big if, because Commissars are the types of unit that metals fit better, especially now they're not as customizable) Commissars got a plastic set, I have a feeling it'd be more like the Fantasy version of plastic characters: 2 models as opposed to 1, perhaps 1 Lord Commissar(like the 1 mounted, 1 foot character sets) and 1 regular, or 2 regulars(like the Empire Wizards).

It never does, when the thread's based on misinformation to begin with.

Commissars being moved to 'direct only' would have been reflected on the website already.

However, something to realize is that it's likely they're moving the old Commissars to direct only while the new ones can still be special ordered.

Nothing wrong with "wish-listing", nothing useful about it either.

The only Commissars currently available from GW are the ones that are only about 3 years old. The "old" old ones are no longer available, at least on the US site with one exception I could find in the Collectors area at this link.

I find what some people think is funny mystifying. Monty Python: funny. Mighty Boosh: Funny. Inane time wasting comments that provide no useful information, not especially funny.

My HazOps Cadians can't use a generic Commissar. He'd need some equipment to survive...

mmmm, hazop commisar, I imagine he'd look like a normal commisar, but with a kasrkin helmet and his commisar cap carefully balnced on the top

or like
