More than likely not real well. the plasma is wasted if you find you need to take down AV 13/14 reliably and against targets 13-24 inches away the melta cannot fire. Its also a loss of a shot when it can. for 5 points more you get that 3rd plasma to make the squad more effective at targets that plasma is good for. Or you can save 10 points and get an effective anti tank unit with 3 meltas. The gain in flexibility with a mix in a squad is offset by what you lose in effectiveness. Although Mixing Squads with different weapons isn't a bad idea at all.

If it must be mixed melta/plasma I'd be inclined to flip the ratio over. One melta presents an uncomfortably high chance of whiffing when you need a vehicle taken down. The second melta cuts that down a bit.
