I am really thinking about buying a load of these for my raven guard and having them attached to thier lower backpack, much like heavy bolter devastators...
new product idea- pack of 5 belt-to-gun attachments, much like in that SM pic...
and aforementioned 28mm ammo backpack...

The belt to gun attachment is a piece of plasticard

I don't want to use words that might get me in trouble bolter, autocannon etc

with these thingies there is no need to buy the heavy bolter setup anymore... just scratchbuild them with some plasiccard... this could be fairly easy...the belts where always the main reason i didn´t do it...

ah, which sizes are bolter and heavy bolter?
and is it possible for you to cast a similar version of that plasticard thing, maybe GSing it to be smoother? I'd buy it.

i guess this would be fairly easy to built... heck mabye you could find some piece at your household even...

I only added that bit because I cut off too much of the bolter. Removing just the clip makes for a decent looking conversion

I'd like to second CURNOW's request for tanky bits. I want to make my Leman Russes look different and things like your vents are great for that. I'd love items like targetting modules for turrets and other mechanisms that would fit on 40k vehicles.

tho i think the belts look awesome i have to give a bit of critics here...

it kind of looks a biut akward to have the belt just comming from the shoulderpad... does he have the spare amo just sitting on his shoulder beneathe the pad? i think rather not...

And Pedro Kantor is really Sly Marbo in power armor. Dorn's Arrow shoots bolter rounds because he says they do.


These look great - I wasn't able to see the pics on the first page but the subsequent pics have shown great promise. I won my Pedro Kantor in a tournament, but if I didn't the ammo belts would give me the excuse to convert my own. I just might pick some of these up for more Sternguard conversions. Great idea!
