Why bother with this game? The Wii-mote is already the shape of most sex toys.

Yeah, in Europe, a game based on sex doesn't mean anything really, hence the low age rating.
In America, this game would have been rated XXX and carried a sticker on the front saying Jesus Disapproves.

The game itself isn't sexual, from what I've read. It just has a few innuendos here and there, but so do pretty much ALL games.
