You can actually fit in about an extra 1/2" whale still being able to close it, so the extra 1/4" is no problem.
It is really up to your preference if you want them standing up or laying down.
I like to have them lying down so that I can pick them up by their bases.

I think ill do the double wide 2" just because i have so many guys with just lasguns, id like them all in one place in one tray.


However i could fit more into 4 seperate trays. this is trhe only place im torn at.

I think ill do 2 1/2" for tanks that way i can fit another tray in on top, and ill put the turrets in the pistol case with the vendetta.

Do a lot of the infantry have bayonets?
If so, then do the 2", because the bayonets will get bent in a 1" tray.

I'm iffy about using guncases, even though they're great. I had a woman at a train station yelling at me that I was carrying a gun. I wasn't. I wasn't even carrying a guncase but I had my sword back slung over one shoulder. A long, thin bag. Could have been anything in there, wouldn't even have a fit a rifle and looks nothing like a gun case. But it wasn't a pleasant experience. And no, I didn't tell her I was carrying a sword.

Thanks for peeps posting KR cases. Never knew about them before and it looks ace, something we've been wanting for a while.

Stupid people are everywhere.

There was a case in the UK of an armed response team shooting dead a guy with a chair leg in a carrier bag (because it looked like a gun). I'd say that carrying an actual rifle case doesn't increase the chance of these things.

There are lots of sizes - that's a double rifle case. A double, scoped rifle case is a couple of inches wider.

Most my infintry dont have bayonets, i dislike how they look, i prefer no knifes. however ive glued another lasgun on their bcks, but they should be on in a 1".

ill do the 2" and when i get more infintry ill get 4 1". JIC.


And thats terrible about the dude getting shot. he didnt even have the gun out, wasnt even a gun, FAIL
