All the rest are absolutely dead.

Guilliman is a loser. He came back with out getting his hands dirty in the HH and prety much established him and his chapter as lords of the SMs.
Jonson-not sure
Russ is not leading the 13th- what happened is on Prospero Magnus legged it into the EoT with most of his chapter, and Russ sent the 13th in to catch him up.
Corax i've got no idea again

Vulkan-MUST BE FOUND!!

You Might want to read the 2nd ed. Angels of Death codex. It clearly states that Johnson is ALIVE.

Maybe Russ is hunting the lost primarchs as a solution the emperor's malady? If he recovered genetic material from each of the primarchs.... Now THAT would be something.

Guilliman - He is alive. Not dead, thoroughly alive, he as correctly stated before, is held in stasis on Macragge due to being slashed by the Primarch killer weapon in the possession of Fulgrim.
Jonson - Alive, but again in a form of stasis deep within 'The Rock', what's left of the Dark Angels homeworld.
Ferrus - Dead, beheaded by Fulgrim at Istavan.
Vulkan - Location unkown. It is said that he will 'return' when the Salamanders find 7 (I think) items that were once Vulkans.
Russ - Said to be in the EoT. If still alive then he's probably hunting Magnus and the TS.
Corax - Last seen heading towards the EoT
Sanguinus - Dead, killed by Horus during the Battle of the Emperor's Palace during the HH.
Khan - Last seen following some DE through a webway portal. It is rumoured that he is in Cammoragh as a gladiator in the arenas.
Dorn - Dead, killed on a Chaos warship

Only Horus and Curze and possibly Alpharius are dead out of the traitor Primarchs.

Such a feat would only be acceptable from the Alpha legion! That would be made of epic lolz though!

He's in stasis so he's not dying. He cannot be revived because current 40K medical knowledge is insufficient to heal his wounds. It may be that some knowledge from the Golden Age will be uncovered and he'll be taken out of stasis to be healed. Currently however he is the only example of what the Primarchs were like from the age in which the Emperor walked amongst mankind and is one of the best tourist sites in the Imperium.

Legion spoilers

Which one? I mean, if you killed Alpharius or Omegon, there's still another Alpha Legion primarch left.

Hardly. The only Primarchs whose fates and locations are unknown are Leman Russ, Vulkan, Alpharius/Omegon, the Khan and Corax.

Magnus, Angron, Mortarion, Fulgrim, Lorgar and Purterabo are all Daemon Princes on their respective Daemon worlds. Lion El Johnson is in stasis in the Rock, Rogal dorns hands and body are in Phalanx, his body preserved in amber. The rest are dead, with recorded locations where they died.

Both reside in The Rock, albeit the Lion is buried deeper than Luther I believe.

There is a piece of background somewhere, that might be the previous Dark Eldar codex but I haven't been able to find it but have heard about and seen reference to it, that says that on Commoragh a giant and mighty warrior is imprisoned there, could suggest that it is the Khan after he chased the Xeno into the Webway.

Luther is buried in the Rock and the Lion was taken by the Watchers in the Dark to yep, an even deeper level in the Rock. If they dig any deeper they will dig out into space

You do realize that was for Armageddon right? That's not current. That's prior to the GKs banashing him.

Where is this fluff about the lion being alive in the rock? If i remember correctly the lion was never found it was luther who was found crying and sobbing like a baby for his mistakes and whenever a new grand master ascends he tries to break luther and up to this date none have. So luthers buried in the rock but ive never seen nor heard of anything saying the Lion was. All i remember from him was he was never found or so the dark angels say.

Just thought I'd grab the available Primarch artwork (if for no other reason than aesthetic pleasure) as well as what officially happened to them:

Fulgrim:

Perturabo:

Jaghatai Khan:

Leman Russ:

Rogal Dorn:

Sanguinius:

Ferrus Manus:

Angron:

Mortarion:

Magnus The Red:

Horus:

Lorgar:

Corax:

Alpharius/Omegon:

Traitors:

Warmaster Horus was killed by the Emperor of Mankind, and his soul was obliterated. His corpse was completely destroyed by Abaddon the Despoiler, who also took over his place as overall leader of the Chaos Space Marines.

Magnus the Red rose to the rank of Daemon Prince of Tzeentch.

Angron rose to the rank of Daemon prince of Khorne.

Mortarion rose the rank of Daemon Prince of Nurgle.

Fulgrim rose to the rank of Daemon Prince of Slaanesh.

Lorgar rose to the rank of Daemon Prince of Chaos Undivided.

Perturabo rose to the rank of Daemon Prince of Chaos Undivided.

Konrad Curze, aka Night Haunter, was assassinated by Callidus assassin M'Shen. He allowed her infiltration, apparently wanting to die.

Alpharius was killed by Roboute Guilliman, but the source which reported his death may have been manipulated. It is not known if Alpharius or Omegon is the primarch killed in the report. Due to the report's unreliability, neither may have been killed.8.

Loyalists:

Ferrus Manus was killed at the Drop Site massacre at the start of the Horus Heresy by Fulgrim who presented his head to Horus.
Sanguinius was slain by Horus after refusing to join him.

Lion El'Jonson returned to his homeworld of Caliban only to discover that his friend and second-in command Luther and the Dark Angel garrison had turned against him2. He led a strike force of his own loyal Dark Angels against the traitors. He disappeared amongst the inferno as the world was blasted apart by a Warp Storm and a bombardment from his ships in orbit. He sleeps deep within the Rock, the biggest piece of Caliban and current home base of the Dark Angels1,2. Only the Emperor and the Watchers in the Dark know of this secret.1-p14

Jaghatai Khan disappeared while pursuing Dark Eldar into a webway portal after they had managed to raid Mundus Planus. There are rumors that he fights there still, lost in the twisting paths of the Webway. After nine thousand years it seems highly unlikely, but not impossible.

Leman Russ disappeared in the Eye of Terror. The Space Wolves hold a legend that says Russ went on a quest to find a means to cure the Emperor. His final words before his disappearance is that he would return for the Wolftime (the final battle). It is also said that Leman Russ led the 13th Company into the Eye of Terror and ordered them to hunt down the Traitor Legions which had fled to the Eye of Terror, particularly the Thousand Sons.

Rogal Dorn boarded a Chaos cruiser during a Black Crusade alongside a company of his sons and died fighting. He died after many of his loyal brother Primarchs. Today, his hand is housed in the holiest shrine of the Imperial Fists chapter, and his dead body encased in amber and put in Phalanx 11.

Roboute Guilliman was struck down with an envenomed blade by his former brother Fulgrim. His body is perfectly preserved in a stasis field at the heart of the Temple of Correction3. It is rumoured that he is still alive and that his wound is slowly healing, something normally impossible in a stasis field. The truth of this rumour is unknown but this is seen by many (including the Ultramarine captain Uriel Ventris) as mere optimistic thinking.

Vulkan disappeared. The position of Chapter Master, filled by the Captain of the First Company, is considered to be a regency as the Salamanders believe that Vulkan will one day return and lead them on a great crusade against Chaos.

Corax was racked by guilt and shame. In order to rebuild quickly the strength of his legion from the dropsite massacre on Isstvan V, Corax accelerated the growth of the gene-seed organs, producing more Space Marines, but this process also deteriorated the Gene-seed, causing many to become hulking monsters. Riddled with guilt over what he had done, Corax administered euthanasia to all of them and then locked himself away within his sanctum, the Raven's Tower. Exactly one year later he left his tower, haggard and gaunt, and took a small shuttle craft with the words Never more. It was last monitored setting a course for the Eye of Terror.

I have 3 Codex Dark Angels books, Angels of Death, Codex Dark Angels 3rd Edition and the latest one. In none of the books to they say that Lion El'Johnson is still alive. They only say that from what I can recall while at work that Luther was the only one left after the conflict on Caliban, and they he is deep within the rock gone crazy from his betrayal and constantly muttering that "He would return to forgive him"

meng what the heck sounds to me like all chaos had to do is wait a couple of years until all the loyalist primachs got their come up ins and re invaded the imperium.

I mean c'mon 7 live and healthy deamon prince primarchs leading a black crusade sounds unstopable right? If it was timed correctly it could of even been pulled off before the grey knight got too powerful

Yes, they could.. but that would be the end of the Imperium (or the destruction of a section of it). Therefore "the Daemon Primarchs are above such petty raids into the Imperium" or some such bullcrap. They just sit in their fortresses in the IoT with their thumbs stuck up their arses all day.

If it was not for the Heresy, the Primarchs would not have gone off to do the things they did, so whether it had been 100 years or 1000 years, things probably would have gone pretty much the same... though an additional 1000 years of the God-Emperor walking among mortal men may have built the Empire into a stronger, more powerful entity.
