I wiped out ~1200 points of BA in a single shooting phase with my Sisters in a 1750 point game. Best dice I've ever had.

i was playing a 2500 pt. game against someone at my flgs, 5 objectives, one in each corner, and one in the middle.
He was playing a DoA list, and he had about 1200 points in one squad (death company with lamartes, dante, 5 power weapons, 3 hammers, and 2 fists), he deep strikes them right infront of my vindicator, but dantes pistol knocks the main gun off.
I knew it was a long shot, but my chapter master used his OB right on the squad.....rolled scatter, 6,6, direct hit, it then procedes to kill all but lamartes, dante, and 2 fists.... best moment in a while

Having unit of veteran IG kill 3 chaos Spawns only losing 3 of there own number !!

Only to be eaten by the remaining 2 Spawn...

My best moment would be blowing up a Dreadnought with an Ork tank on the first turn, only to have it malfunction on the next turn and run over three Imperial commanders.

Second best would be two Noise Marines holding off an Imperial Command squad and three guardsmen units of twenty each while being orbitally bombarded for three turns. Turned out my opponent was cheating, but that's not the point.

Small Kill team competition at the local GW store.
Filled my list out, 3 turns in... my 2 hive guard, fail to hit every single target...
A single termagant who was shoved in to make up points because i could... bang in the centre of the board... gets charged by a terminator with a thunderhammer... termagant clubs the terminator to death with his fleshborer

He now has "chuck Norris" painted on his base edge

Watching that unit of 4+ saves disappear after being fired at by my thunderfire cannon.

Best one ever for me, playing against Orks Green Tide with Gazzy... (I was playing marines).

On turn one, I threw a frag missile blast into his squad of Boyz and Gazzy. Thinking he would save a boy, he threw a wound on Gazzy, who failed his 2+ save. I did another missile blast, and feeling cocky, the ork player did it again, and failed another 2+.

"I'm not putting any more wounds on Gazzy," he announced.

So I directed my scout squad to shoot at Gazzy's squad. Telion took his two shots, hit and rended twice. Gazzy failed both invuls and died.

This was all turn one, before the ork player got to move.

Thats quite hard really. Have had many fun games, either because of a amazing win, or something crazy happened, or in a few cases was just a really fun game chatting to opponent etc.

If i had to chose, would probably say my first tournament (well second, but my first first tournament was like my 3rd,4th and 5th games) I had lost and drawn my first two games (although second game, if we had turn 6 and/or 7 i would have easily won, unless the dice gods had been against me ) so was going into the last game a bit downhearted, thinking i would never win. And i had an amazing game, wiped out a BT army with my Marines, everything just went right, and afterwards was really happy (although was apologetic to my opponent, as nothing went right for him) and because of the bonus points for wiping out, and i think the second game was 5 objectives and we had two each or something so got bonus points for that, i managed to finish 5th out of 20

One of my favourites was a recent one against my eldar friend. This game was going all over the walls with laughter. When we roll off, i score 2 "haha lets see you roll better than that brilliant score!" Eldar friend looks at me with a grin "I bet this is a 1" rolls, its a one... Both laugh, he rolls again 1, gets a new dice and rolls...its another 1. Im in pieces.
We both deploy, i scout he rolls to steal initiative with the legendary 1die, gets a 6. WHAT IS GOING ON? We're just about to play (hes doing a wraithguard list) (spearhead) When another one of our friends comes over and says "hey, what game type are you playing? Me: um... spearhead. Him: you do realise you start off in different corners" .... Both of us poker face and then burst into hilarity. We reset, and play (i kept my deployment, he moved his army round to oppose me and i re did scouts and he kept the initiative)

About turn2-3 the Avatar of khaine is rocking it up into my front lines with wraithguards right behind him. I put my chimera 12" into reverse and let out my pimped out vet 3 meltas a plas pistol and demolitions. (previously before shooting them i shot 2lascannons, both failed to hit) My friend wasnt listening when i did this so when i rolled for melta/pistol 4hit,wound and one shotguns wound. 4invuls, 3,ones and 1 two, more laughing continues and we carry on.

Next turn, He says "Wait, what did you kill the avatar with? Me: Majority was meltas why Him: HE'S IMMUNE TO MELTA! Me: what did you think i shot him with? Him: those 2 lascannons... I pokerface me: Those must be some pretty powerful lascannons to be 2 of them to score 4 wounds. More laughter....

The whole game went pretty much like this. Both of us rolling one's etc.


Also, a 2nd one i'll try and keep short: 2vs2 me(IG) and (BA)Friend who pointed out dodgy setup against HappyGoLucky and Ihatenids.
Happygolucky's reasoning was to keep it fluff wise i think its because the majority of BA army im with is deepstriking.
They get turn 1 3500pts against my 1750 "TONIGHT, WE DINE, IN HELL!!" For the whole of the turn, 3 guardsmen from 20 man inf died and a chimera i think it was, had been immobilised.
....wut.
My turn: i kill 3things: rhino defiler(i think) and something else. That was cool
Turn 2: they kill 2 of my things. Our part: i kill another 3, nearly all blood angels come in except death company and he kills Necron new vehicle. 7-2 to us and BA player had to go.

I decided i'd carry on with the game but they only got to get in their part of the turn and it came up to 7-5 to me. T'was a shame, i still had both basilisks ine and a few other things
