Sadly I'm not going to be able to make it for the GT...between carpoolers and hotel reservations being canceled/dropping out its becoming too expensive of an outing...hopefully maybe next time.

We will be using the new FAQS posted at www.games-workshop.com for the event. Be sure to check them out prior to the event. Namely the new Main Rulebook FAQ and the new Grey Knight FAQ.

Just getting the tables/terrain finished today. Any last minute players deciding they want to attend NC's biggest tournament of the year? Let me know and I'll reserve you a spot.

Take lots of pictures and make sure we see a breakdown of what armies show up, please! Wish I could make it, but even if I had a painted army, I am moving and couldn't make it anyhow!

Btw, what time does the 'king of the hill' event on Friday start and do the participant armies in that have to be painted?

Think people are showing up around 6-7 to get some games in Friday Shane. The King-Of-The-Hill is meant to be kinda an informal meet and greet! Let people get all their bad dice rolls out of the way. Probably will be giving away poker chips with the EG logo on them that evening. (Models don't have to be painted for Friday night.)

Tournament for day one has been a blast we have 26 for the event and I got to play Hod and Shane. CSM and SOB respectively. Both great games against great people. Can't wait for day two tomorrow.

Awesome first day. Had some late call outs, but it just made it more competitive!!! (Why do I have this sneaking suspension that some people forgot this weekend was Father's Day.)
