Chaplain is 120 points, so drop the sanguinary priest, The infernus pistols, and maybe one power weapon, and that makes enough room(5 points over maybe).

Exactly. Death Company put the actual Berzerkers to shame. And, they do have DROP PODS(Primary tactic of World Eaters).
Then why not just play Blood Angels, then?
btw, this is why I can't stand "counts as" and codex-hopping. You tell me I'm playing Chaos, then you're using the Blood Angels codex...

Because he wants to play Chaos, and feels the BA codex is a better representation of Chaos than the actual Chaos codex.
Note the operative word, 'feels.' Obviously you feel differently, but its his time / money / concept of fun, so I'd say go for it.

Plus, im sizing down from 1k, And its not like im using the entire codex, Just Khorne Berzerkers. I just thought it would be something fun.

Play it. Love it. If people get annoyed, just tell them its the original predecessor BA chapter.
