Hah, very nice. The rhino looks awesome. As for the box, well that is an easy fix, and I am surprised no one has suggested taking a box cutter and simply cutting off the sides. Seriously people, come on! Anyway, you can then glue your cardboard onto some foam core or wood and use it as a terrain piece.

Adding guys would definitely add to the scene though. Keep up the awesome work!

Or better yet, leave the chimera box, mount it on a larger piece of wood/foam core and get some stuff to make a hill going up. That way you'll cover that box up and have an awesome terrain piece.

A+ for effort, painting and a crazy commitment to burning a hole thru a not so cheap model.

However... its the narrative that seems to be missing and there is not much drama... more like a random shot of the action after whatever weapon that destroyed the tank was fired and before whatever is about to come next. the terrain is too flat also... it needs to be more dynamic

Did you draw sketches of your diorama? or just jump into it?

I think what makes all the great dioramas on this site "great" is the story that is conveyed. A picture is worth a thousand words.... make sure your picture has a lot to say.

Also just noticed that you have ultramarines that seem to be getting out of a red rhino ? needs continuity!!!! like a bad movie edit it breaks the immersion

So the other 8 members of the Tactical Squad were Melta'd away whilst sitting in the Rhino?...Bad ass.

The rhino damage is fantastic, some black paint round the box edges would make it much better overall tho
