well, Goats and Chickens(particularly the males) were sometimes burned at the stake.

this always involved cases of Bestiality and there was a human involved too(also burned)

a Rooster would only be burned if a "Rooster's Egg" was discovered.

a Rooster's Egg occurs when a chicken(not a male) lays an egg with no yolk. these were mistakenly called Rooster Eggs.

Rooster Eggs were supposed to be incubated by a Toad and would hatch into a Cockatrice(1/2 dragon, 1/2 Cock)

Thats what i was thinking, there is no mention of Orcs in any of the 6 books, and Space Marines are only in one book IIRC.

The Jokero are not sentient or intelligent... just genetically pre-disposed to be wondrous when tinkering with tech. Yes, they're a space-faring race, but appear to have no language, culture (above "wandering herd of apes") or arts.

They're another Old Ones-created race that exists to do one thing well, and is otherwise simply an animal.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.

Thats actually very interesting, and confirmed by Lexicanum.

so it isn't any more heretical to have a Jokaero in your service then it is to have a pet dog that does tricks.

they are animals with the ability to make technology.
