GW's reply is what I would have expected tbh.
Surprised they didn't tell you how cool their products are.

I agree entirely with MM and that is how I understood his response.

The "Not this thread again" comments are a tad unfair as I have not seen a whole pile of threads asking specifically what sort of responses people have.
If that has become the topic on the numerous "Let's write to GW" threads I apologise.

I don't come online for drama.
I was NOT saying, at any point, that I disbelieved you.
INITIALLY, I was asking if it was a copy/paste, due to the grammatical errors. I was kind of hoping you'd typed the quoted email and accidentally made them yourself (typos happen... Crap, look at my post history for proof LOL).
Once I saw that it was an exact copy, my comment was towards GW doing something so half-@ssed.
It's obvious that you received the email from them. I'd have to be an idiot or and @sshole to think otherwise.

FWIW, I am neither an idiot nor an @sshole, regardless what my wife and kids say!

Another internet fail of words, one reason i hate the net is theres no tone behind anything thats sad, i ddint mean it like NOW IM MAD, more like dude whatever man lol. Maybe did type it slightly hard worded i guess, bad day, so i apologise eric man.
