Yea me either, and I hear ya on the card players (sorry I know, to lump them together like that but that happened at a store I use to love also).

So far, I only have the Nurgle Daemon Prince, because 1) right now I have more money than sense 2) I wanted to see what the larger models are like in it 3) 'tis a gorgeous model and 4) I'm fairly sure the Finecast version is cheaper than the previous metal (I paid £21.50, which seems cheap).

Sadly, my massive order of £2,790 (no...really....) hasn't shown up yet, but that contains a fair bit of Finecast.

BTW, keep your eye out for my Bit Frenzy to be announced soon. I only have an ickle flat, so once the armies are built, I'll be getting shot of all the bits I don't think I'll use. To include such beauties as Shardcarbines (I have 4 boxes of Scourges...) Forest Goblin Aracnorak Crew (2 gribblies worth. Spiders are becoming Tervigons, and if successful, more, with the others becoming Tyrannofex).

They have always been very responsive to returns (GW) in general. Finecast is no exception. If the model isn't perfect or up to your standards - return it. They have been very helpful.

That said I got a mispacked Terminator Librarian that happened to come with an extra combi-plasma and staff... aside from that - the model is absolutely fantastic.

I personally, am very happy with my purchase results so far. I'm sorry others aren't.
