Agreed, although I wonder why she is lacking in kit if she is the commanding officer. She should have a metal plate on her chest or at least something else besides some standard head set.
Will have to go with other's previous speculation that she's maybe a comms officer.

I'm predicting a captain. Captain verbally sounds better to most writers than colonel or major anyway.

Maybe captain, but 'sarge' sounds good too and in most cases the sergeant is endeared to his/her squad. But she's also in a bunker with no other guardsmen around her so maybe higher than a sergeant.
Yeah, maybe a captain.

I wonder if that's a possible indication of a playable female character somewhere along the lines, and its also a good basis for any female guard characters in the MMO they're making.
That's probably the best female character model I've seen outside of Luger from Killzone.

I posted this picture at Faceook in warhammer40k group ( some 1300 people).
I swear that every comment was: "TITS!!!", "BOOBS!!!", "HELL YEAH, GET LAID WITH A MARINE" or "COME WITH ME TO INSPECT YOUR STAMINA. I WILL DO YOU FAST!!!"
No wonder GW don't produce female figurines at high rate 
Or that very little woman play 40k....
