Not only that but if you're stripping the jump packs off the assault squad [which you must be doing, if you fit 10 in a Stormraven], you can still buy them a dedicated transport [like a landraider or razorback] for their discounted price, and deploy them in the stormraven [even in reserves, and make one roll for the whole thing]. Nothing ELSE could start in that dedicated transport, though.

I was thinking about power fists and that is true I need them for the big stuff. Also if I dropped Lemartes for a reg chaplain then I could take some stuff. Lol brb goin to army builder!

I like this list better, but still shakey about not taking extra armor on the stormravens.

Sticking all eggs into three baskets at the 2000 pt level? Why not.
Spellbound's list sounds better.

eh, mine's not as killy, technically. But it can hold objectives and try to shake/wreck vehicles at range with its missile launchers from tac squads. And honestly in the Capture and Control mission it wouldn't be bad to leave all 20 FNP tactical marines on the home objective and send everything else towards theirs. Lots of stuff to murder/contest it and if they go for yours they have 20 FNP marines rapid-firing.

Just for clarification purposes, DC don't come with jump packs you have to add them.

Hey, he could have come up with it on his own without reading that, too.

And yes, I'm aware DC don't come with jump packs.

Assault squads, though, do and you take them off to get a discount on transports. When I said "assault squad" I meant the unit with the same name, not the assault-oriented unit in the army.

I wasn't making an accusation. More of a joke, to be honest.

It looks fun to play and it looks somewhat competitive.

What weapons do the dreds come with? Can the dreds deepstrike? Would it be worth droppong it in a pod?
