Man oh man, I *really* miss the old two wound, 30 point Marine leader. (Lieutenant, even tho that position seems to have vanished from modern fluff) ... Those guys were the best.
I havent tried it yet but I'm going to make a cheap captain (artificer, power sword) with command squad (champion, standard, most of them have power swords)
