I wish I knew what I did to GW. I never get this kind of speedy service from them lol. I'm still waiting on a Logan Grimnar I ordered back in February...customer service assures me they're assessing the situation.

As for the topic i would agree it is a very goofy scenario you describe. It sounds to me that the 29th of july date was just ad-libbed to keep your custom, when you threatened to withdraw said custom.... At least you got a good response from your emails, it took a little effort but you got the models.

You do realise, don't you that you got that second model because of GOOD customer service?

After you sent your reply to them, someone would've ran over to the WHW store and picked up one off the shelf in order to send out to you. Just because it was out of stock in the warehouse doesn't mean they didn't have one kicking about in the store.

You should order from Forgeworld and see if you get the same results haha.

Don't tempt the fates, the plane carrying the models will probably crash into the ocean if you do that.

Would it be possble for the GW apologists and fanboys to dial it back a few notches?

The OP has clearly stated a number of times that he is happy with GW customer service and has no issue with them, just that he found the series of events amusing (which it was).
