Definitely want Harlequin faction. And I also like Kid_Kyoto's idea about the cannon fodder. I'd definitely like to see some sort of semi-sentient crystal constructs made in the image of Eldar heroes past... maybe with a warlock with them to issue commands.

To be fair, it's only when a Librarian is interred in a Dreadnought. However, there should be something where a Warlock or Farseer's soul is put into a Wraithlord. Hmm... Eldar 6th Edition, Flying Initiative 10 Wraithlords (they're already strength 10 and cause ID on most things). Egh I already hate fighting (Ch)eldar as it is.

I like the look of many of the Forge World Eldar tanks and new stuff. That being said some of them may have more of a place in the Epic type of games. They really should bring support back to Epic.
As others have mentioned the Wraithseer

and the Hornet light tank,

Are high on the list. The jump capable Wasp Assault Walker is pretty nice as well.

I'd fold in all the recent FW to a new eldar dex. Wraithseer, hornet, wasp, and an eldar flyer possibly using the DE flyer kit.

Wraithguard are already a basic heavy troop/Elite close to TEQ status. With a change of rules and a few wargear options, they could easily be our version of Terminators. If you're asking for a hard hitting fast unit like Spectres, then you aren't thinking creative enough! Swooping Hawks are basically Spectres without the weapons. If DE get Scourges with blasters then I'm assuming in the next codex Hawks will be given something to compensate for their lack of usefulness in fifth. I'd KILL for something like the Wraithseer! Either that or make the Avatar worth taking again!

On to the actual topic! The greatest boon that they could give Eldar would definitely be an Assault vehicle. Why do Marines get the Storm Raven when we're still stuck in our Wave Serpents with less utility? I'd give up 100 points for a transport thats a legitimate threat on its own AND transports a squad with monstrous creatures (basically)? Not to mention the fact that it literally has the Energy field that the Serpents have. :sigh:

Just created a cool unit called the war seer, a warlock on steroids, it's in the eldar codex version III by gorechild.
