It simply says Grey Knights beside the Founding Chapter box, that could mean anything. However, the quote throws even more confusion on the subject.

Can you list an example where Founding Chapter/Legion could have meant anything other than geneseed?

The Grey Knights put babies in the ground and sprinkled holy water on them.

They use Geneseed in a founding, the implied Geneseed used in the founding of the Exocists being Grey Kiniggets.
