Thanks guys!! The blue stuff is a product made by Aves, called Apoxie Sculpt. It happens to come in all colors, I just choose the blue to be different  . It is very similar to green stuff, but does not dry as fast and as brittle, it sands and sculpts wonderfully, and holds sharp detail well.
