I got a new answer to this old question:

(1) Wait until after November (according to rumors) when the new Necron codex comes out.

(2) Shoot it with a meltagun, like everything else.

For Nidzilla lists, yes, although Old One Eye definitely takes the criminal cake.

Pyrovore too, but OOE is terrible

Pyrovore's just very misguided... who needs a walking heavy flamer that blows up every once in a while? Especially when it's competing for the same slot as Hive Guard (which are priced very cheaply).

Haywire blasters, or haywire grenades if you can get into assault without condemning the unit to a swift death. If I can't use either of these, I generally just focus fire softer Necron targets. Ramming it with a raider with a shock prow is rather awesome too.

Use a Phantom D-Cannon. Auto penetration FTW

1) Star Engines are used in the shooting phase. There's a debate over whether or not they can be used to tank shock/ram (depending on your definition of "normal" movement). But, they definitely can't get a full 36" ram. 24" is the best you can hope for.

2) The strength is still limited to 10.

Strength is limited to ten but If you were (theoriticaly) to get an attack that would be over S10 does it count as D?

Absolutely not in base 40k. There's no such thing as Strength D in the vanilla version of the game.

If you're playing Apoc, it may work that way, but I'm not at all familiar with Apoc rules.
