Nosferatu1001- again, since when the vehicles get cover for being or touching the area terrain ? form my understanding of rules, they get a Obscured save (4+) for blocked LOS when ya shoot at them Yes?
in order to get a save (obscured) you must draw a LOS YES? , the impaler ignores LOS YES? so you cannot draw LOS YES? therefore you cannot gain the Obscured save YES?

but well, lets wait for FAQ as this dicussion will be same as with KFF , which btw Nosferatu some peoples where right in their understadning of rules .....

The FAQ is RAW for all rules worded exactly this way. Rules can not work differently if they are worded the same way. An imaginary split between the two codices does not exists. All codices and the BRB are the WH40k rules, and all rules apply to everything in the same way.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe.

god.ra - it states it does not need LOS to fire. It does not state that you ignore cover generated by LOS being blocked.

Actually it does, nos.

"The target will only receive cover saves that are not based on line of sight."

Correct. No cover for vehicles, as they only get cover from LOS <50%.
