I play lots of games that I know are going to suck. I just sit there and shoot, with orks. Apparently it's very unnerving when 150+ orks just sit around/go to ground and make very little attempt to move. Watching my opponents amuses me so I make the best of my time and go for a last turn objective grab or assault of opportunity. On the plus side I have to work at it to lose and the game goes by very quickly.

2012- stopped caring
Nova Open 2011- Orks 8th Seed---(I see a trend)
Adepticon 2011- Mike H. Orks 8th Seed (This was the WTF list of the Final 16)
Adepticon 2011- Combat Patrol Best General

Once again, I'm glad I play at home, so no, I have never played a game where I knew it would suck before it began and I intend to avoid putting myself in such a situation at all costs.

to the OP: make a big scene of it, if you don't like playing this guy and you know you'll be playing him for the tourney, and if the prize doesn't even matter. Then it isn't a prize worth going through this for. Make a big scene of it, tell everyone he cheats. But remember to stay calm and in control, thank everyone for the tourney, grab your stuff, and walk out. Call him out on being a jerk.

I will forever remain humble because I know I could have less.
I will always be grateful because I remember I've had less.

Any annihilation game with IG. I hate this scenario, especially against Grey Knights. They pop chimeras like nothing at a kill point a piece but you can kill two termies that cost more points and get no credit. And land raiders at a pain in the butt to kill with the way I roll 1's and 2's for damage after finally getting a 6 to penetrate.
