I think the most I have rolled is 5-6, but they usually come with a good number of 2s.
I also roll the ones in the worst places. I have shot 3 plasmaguns, rolled 2 1s, failed the saves, and had 2 of 3 plasmaguns die. Then next turn, the last plasmagun fired, rolled a 1, failed his save, and died.

I lost six CSM terminators to a 7 man squad of warp spiders once. All failed saves.
That's about all I got to contribute.

Worst I have had was 6 one's (out of a roll of 6) followed by two more one's. So a total of 8 in a row.

Jeez. Luckily, I play Tau so I haven't had issues with Plasma guns Getting Hot! yet....

However, my Broadsides and basically anything Twin-linked in my army seems to adore snake-eyes for shooting, so it always seems to save my bacon and force the Law of Averages to actually pay attention to my dice

Imagine the feeling when you position your tanks, engines idling, landing gear deployed for a low profile, with firing solutions along a key bottleneck. Then some fether lands a dreadnought behind them in a giant heat shielded coke can.
