Of course if I said it now they would never find the body...
I have some faliure to understand when I am digging myself into a hole. like when my grandma asked about the Greatful Dead, I was telling her all about the wonderful and hilariouse things that happened to that band. In the end I said "Jerry (Jerry Garcia) died in rehab!" ( )

That damned hazard perception test. I agree with the poster saying it only wanted you to click when the "hazard" was already run down and buried.
It didn't help that you got penalised for multiple clicking (we were not told that when taking it) and our instructors said "Sometimes it doesn't register, so it's best to click 3 times when you see a hazard!".

For the UK hazzard test, you need to note as the hazzard develops and becomes *more* hazzardous..(sp)
Ie at least 3-4 clicks.. 1st i see the stupid person , 2nd yea they are stupid.. 3rd they have stood out in front of the car/turned into me its A BIIIGGG Lorry etc etc ad the 4th is a sneaky ,, you move off and some other idiot does something.

I passed my theory test first time, a breeze. The Hazard perception was a little more difficult but I still passed it. My Practical test, now that's a different story altogether.
The first time I took it I got 3 major faults and 17 minor faults.... That's bad..
The second time I took it: 2 minor faults, and one of those was for trying to pull away from a dead stop in second gear!

I still recall the "bad marks" I got when I took my driving test uh...a while ago.
The test question I got wrong was "Does the driving instructor inspect your vehicle before you take the road test?" (Apparently they do, and I think the lady testing me only did so because I missed that question, she didn't have a checklist or anything).
The mark I got on driving was "Too close to other car while parallel parking." Apparently one foot (304,800,000 nm) is the preferred distance. I was like 9 inches (0.0002286 kM).

For slow speed manoeuvres nothing is 'too close' as long as you don't hit them IMO.
Of course when moving at speed then I can see why the examiner doesn't want people drifting too close to other cars moving or not.

As of yesterday I failed my test for the fourth time. Love my life. Every time i've taken it i've got like 4 minors, and then a major for something stupid like getting too close to a parked car, or not giving someone else priority. Sheeeeeeeeeshhh. Its costing me over £400 just taking the damn test.

Here in Kansas, they give you a booklet that has all of the answers in it before you take the test, so all you have to do is find them. If you've ever seen the way people drive here, you would indeed wonder if they could pass a test that stupidly simple.

Maybe they're distracted by looking up the rules in the book?
