I was at work (Pentagon) and we evacuated into the center courtyard. A lot of us got out there and did a 360 looking for smoke, in case it was something other than an earthquake. Actually made me late to leave work since I had to go back inside to get my stuff and shut down my workstation.
At home, some paint and minis fell off the desk, one old teacup/saucer from my grandmotehr fell and shattered, but not much else. I've heard 30 seconds but seemed to me more like 4 or 5 seconds of shaking. Really not much.

Not yet, GW hasn't lowered it's prices.

Although they've come pretty close with the upcoming Ogre release.
