All in all; Being an ork who can hold his own on an ork world, sound incredibly thrilling!

Typical ork towns would probably have the following:

The Drops (Center of any ork town really)

Mek shops (Got to get your weapons somewhere)

Fungus Beds (Where the Grots and Snotlings live organized by the runtherds, also the birthplace for new orks)

The Bosse's House (Cuz no Ork town goes without a boss for long)

Race traks (Especially if they have alot of speed freaks)

Fight Pits (Entertainment and a judicial system!)

Grot Market (Since not all things that you can spend teef on can be bought at a mek shop, and grots are some of the only ones interested in running those types of buisnesses)

Other then that you mostly have weapon factories manned by slaves, and I'm just going to assume that most Orks live in Fraternity style houses, you could even think of mobs of orks as mates from the same house.

The only organization an ork would have is shoot the guy across the street and and stomp over his body! That doesn't even make sense but thats how orks work!

Old ork books as far as I know they're still cannon

In the codex it says that Orks do like to drink fungus ale and get drunk. so I imagine their scoiety being like mad max crossed with animal house.
and with abit of piracy thrown in aswell.
