I plan on adding some further rust effects to the decorative dozer plow once I magnitize it. Only on the command squad's chimera of course. I'm going to try out the hair spray technique. Ill post a tut on it if I have decent results.

That Chimera is very impressive. How long did it take to do all the weathering detail?

4-6 hours maybe it was so long ago. But now I could assembly line them in about 2 hours a pop.

ABsolutely stunning weathering, like the man said. I am in no way knocking it at all, but can I ask a philosophical question? When you have that sponge filled with Charadon Granite and you are hovering over your factory-fresh paint job...doesnt it scare you? I am ready for this stage on my Marauder Destroyer, with plans to chip more on the grab irons, autocannon eject ports, and the other high-abuse areas, but I can't bring myself to doing the deed. It's a horrible thing!

Have faith in your sponge! Test it on another model first if you are iffy. Check my tut it goes into detail on how I did it.
