He's got 4. He can get up to 11 attacks (!) when someone else charges him:

4 base, 3 extra for SotHM, Counter-Attack and additional extra attack from poorly worded Chapter Banner, 2x Holy Relic. Hell hath no fury like a pissed off High Marshal.

If I'm not mistaken though, there is no way to get the poorly worded Chapter banner and two holy relics. Hell, you have to take both Grimaldus and Helbrecht just to get the banner and one relic :(
