The point here is the price you pay for the Pheasant Agent. It costs 40+ points, as much as a heavy infantry (HI) model, but unlike HIs, which are resilient, this is another squishy light infantry (LI). 1 Wound and ARM 2 means he drops like a fly with just a single lucky shot. All the squishy models that move in that range of points (which is extremely expensive for a LI ) come at least equipped with some kind of camo: mimetism, normal camo, TO camo or DDO in order to increase thier surivavility chances; but the Pheasant only wears a pajama (that is nothing). To sum up, very squishy and extremely expensive unit that epitomizes the most radical conception of "Jack of all Trades Master of None". Here's seriously hoping it gets a revised profile in the upcoming expansion.

I think you are missing the point on the Pheasant Agent, he is the only one in Vanilla Yu-Jing that has Chain of Command, which is pretty huge, and comes with an X-Visor (except hacker). An X-Visor in combination with a Combi Rifle is horribly underrated

Example:
Combi with x-Visor 3B Dmg 13, 0-16 +3/16-24 +0/24-48 -3
vs
Spitfire 4B Dmg 14, 0-24 +3/24-32 +0/32-48 -6

Spitfire is slightly better however it costs 1-2 SWC vs the combi's 0.

Now, the Pheasant Agent hacker... is just a pile of fail. If it had Chain of Command it would be about right, but without it (which might be an error) it's worthless.
