That dude is getting fired if someone from Management sees this and can pinpoint him.

But, I don't give a damn if he is fired, because the dude obviously has some serious issues.

I didn't like G.W. Bush either insane conspiracy enrollment rep guy, but seriously, he hasnt been president in over 3 years.

Let's just blame Clinton because Games Workshop raises their prices.

I mean dont get me wrong, Obama is a utter failure as well as good ole' GW.

But it isn't Obama's fault.

Let me pose the question like this....

If you walked into GW tomorrow to buy a Landraider for the normal price of $60.00 and saw the Landraider is $120.00 and the answer from the manager for the price increase was: "Should have bought it yesterday."

Would you keep buying GW products? Or would you walk out of there and never come back?

This company is going down...hard and fast, like a 10 dollar hooker on payday!

What it is is a battery pack, essentially. Inverting ac into dc, and then back again. It doesn't get charged by magic.. Here in the states you'd be paying for the energy used to charge it.

It might just be Texas, because during the warmer months (where you dont use the furnace) my average energy bill is like 80-100 bucks, closer to 100 when its getting chilly out. Then when I turn the furnace on during the winter, my bills will go up to around 180-200 depending on how cold it is. And I usually keep my house around 68-70 during the day and 65 at night. So, pretty cheap here anyways

The paint dungeon, Arizona

I recently had a similar issue with my water company. They billed me for using nearly 23 months worth of water in April. Even if I had turned on all my faucets and left them running the supply line couldnt have provided that much water flow.

So I asked them to reread my meter. 3 days later, before the bill was even due- my water got shut off. WTF right?

So of course the lady on hte phone wanted to charge a reconnect fee, AND still charge the 23 months of water. I asked if they had reread the meter "Well no, but because of the amount of money you owe us you were flagged to be shut off until your balance is paid."

Brilliant right? After making several legal threats, she turned our water back on and was 'generous' enough to waive the turn on fee. But I still had to pay for the water because I couldnt 'prove' I didnt use it- like I could hide around a dozen swimming pools worth of water...

A week later after the reread on my meter- I wasn't billed for any water usage. So I went down and checked my meter- and sure enough- the little numbers werent moving and it was full of water.

I took video of it, and went to the utility office. Lets just say they behave much differently when you are in front of them and have video proving negligence, and borderline fraud. I was refunded the usage charges(but not the overdraft fees accrued due to the massive overbilling) and essentially got my water for free for a few months until they replaced the faulty meter. I watered my yard like a crazy old lady with her garden. I even watered my cacti and the weeds! And if my hose was longer I would have filled the neighbors pool just because.

Sometimes utility companies think they can get away with stuff like this because we need thier services. With the heat wave across Texas this summer electricity is pretty much a necessity. Id contact your local media outlets about this, let them take the story and run with it. A copy of that reply you got is like media gold. Theres a good chance you could get your bill paid in full without the debt collectors getting involved and taking a hit to your credit rating(which WILL happen if you dont take care of it).

Yeah I use alot of electricity, primarily I like my house to be in the high 60's.

I normally pay 200 to 300 per month in electricity (my apt is a large 3 bedroom with a front wall of windows that faces the pool) I know that is high... but 620? C'mon, screw them I have already swqitched and they can suck on my heat seeking moisture missle if they think they are getting a dime.

Seriously they had one of thier lackeys go onto pissedconsumer.com and claim that they are victims just like the consumers and then go onto blame George Bush.

Holy crap, what a craphole of a company!

See the below post:

I am a enrollment rep for Dynowatt and Accent energy. First thing you need to know is we don't make the energy. Dynowatt and Accent is an ESCO (electric service company) we buy it just like you do. Dynowatt only offered a varible previously because this is how we kept the prices down for our customers. When the price went down for us it in turn went down for you. Fair right. This was true for many years. The energy market in all aspects changes based on many factors, However mainly by the evil hands that control it. Trust me, It is not Dynowatt doing this to you.

Little as you want to believe it, you can blame this on Texas's favorite son. With HIS war effort and hidden goals. He is the figure head for the manipulative elite. Big bussiness, energy tycoons, and banking cartels. Years ago his father said we will be moving torwards a new world order. Now we are starting to see it. The price of gas and energy is just a small part of it. Thier old Grand Daddy had been dealing in the energy bussiness for decades building strong ties to the Rockerfellers, Melons

and the Powers. In fact Rockerfellers' lamp oil monopoly was the first company to every be deregulated. Which was only a scam, power broken over five companies owned by the same man. Prescott Bush was also the first to establish a bussiness relationship with the Bin Laden family, How do you think he beat Exxon in a bid for the off shore oil rig. Look it up smarty pants. You can use the internet to complain, why don't you use it to learn something.

Do you know how many Relient customers called to lock into Dynowatt's fixed rates because the varible rate they were on sky rocketed. How many CP&L, how many Stream and so on. Everyone on a varible rate with any company was affected.

Now many people who switched are calling to come back. "Reliant is charging me fees i never saw with you guys. My taxes alone are twenty dollars more." Welcome back to Dynowatt.

Second: Texas state regulations say that a move in is to be held at priority over a product switch. That is why a new customer can be enrolled in a shorter ammount of time. Any connect fees are charged by the Utility, ie. Centerpoint, Oncor, AEP not by us.

Third: We sent emails to all Dynowatt customers with valid emails letting them know about the increase and and that we are now offering fixed rates. Many of the emails were spammed because the head said Accent energy and not Dynowatt. You can be the judge of where the fualt lies there, but an attempt was made. Now we revamped the paper bills to let our customers know about the fixed rate.

Fourth: The Dynowatt call center has only thirty reps. Fifteen customer service. Ten enrollment reps and five email and IM. The week this blew up we had no idea this was going to happen. The call flow was so huge we can only fit forty people in our back lines. That lets you know how prepaired we were for this.

Fifth: Every Texas electric customer should Be happy for what Accent and Dynowatt has done for them. Twenty Five years ago we pioneered deregulation in Texas. So now instead of one company charging you whatever they want and getting super duper rich. Many companies can compete for your bussiness. This actually keeps prices low and most of all gives you choice. Isn't that what makes the consumer number one. I want you to choose us. Oh, we now offer fixed green energy plans 100% Texas wind baby..!. do your part|.

Lastly|. I appriciate every last one our customers?. I don't think you can understand how hard it was to tell them there is nothing I can do;. Elderly women crying, pissed men cursing my family, mothers asking me how they are going to pay rent and feed thier kids". They certainly don't pay me enough for that|.

*************************************

Are you -ing kidding me?!?!

TX politicians have always had the pay to play policies, where if corporations paid them any form of money they just let them do whatever. Look at Rick Perry. Look at the Bush family, look at every TX politician. I am not saying TX is the worst, but that is typically how the GOP rolls.

Is it a giant conspiracy? HAHAHAHA no, it is not. It is quite clear in plain sight that the GOP loves their corporations. Many of them can be bought off very easily too. Just look at current events, look at the AT&T and T-Mobile merger that the justice department put a temporary stop to. Who is a major supporter? Who has received tons of money from AT&T? I'll give you a hint, he is a TX politician.

Sounds like an UPS to me as well. (Uninterpretable power supply, pretty much a giant battery that kicks on when you lose power)

Here is the definition of an Inverter
An inverter is an electrical device that converts direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC); the converted AC can be at any required voltage and frequency with the use of appropriate transformers, switching, and control circuits.

So I guess I am arguing against several million people.

Correct, and inverter board will take direct power from it's source and change the current. It is very commonly used in display technology. Inverter boards will power back lights for displays, because it doesn't need a direct current.

It's really easy for a term to get mixed up, then tossed around as correct, despite it not being so. I know a lot of people that call a Transformer (One that converts 210V to 110V) An "Adapter" Just because that's what they are used to calling it. It's not the correct terminology though.

The fact is, what you have described, is not just an inverter, it's an UPS. Now, a lot of UPS can have inverters in them(and are in fact based on inverters) but by themselves are not just inverters. This is Fact. It doesn't matter what your Neighbors, or your best friend, or your parents call it, what you are describing is not an Inverter, it's an UPS.

Inverters do not store power, they change the type of current. Batteries store power. Its pretty simple regardless of a language barrier.

If you use a term on an english prevalent forum incorrectly- don't get mad when someone corrects your usage. Just accept the correction and move on to doing something useful...

It is also physically impossible to have it not suck power at a horrifying rate while charging. You CAN NOT put less energy into a system than you expect to get out. Period.
So if you want it to run your lights, charge your toothbrush, whatever, you're going to need to have it suck that same amount of power while it charges.

it does not change the current, it is a DC something (It's tech term) and it powers my entire room for about five hours with the computer, th lamp, the lights, the fan and the phone all charging and running, this is not including powering my parent's room with the lights, phone, hub, computer, lamp, fan, mosquito thing.

Alright. Are you not reading the posts here, or what? It's called an UPS.

EDIT: Now it's sounding more like a Backup Generator or some form of commercial emergency power system. Either way, it is still not an inverter.

EDIT2: D/C Just stands for Direct current.
