I enjoyed the first five, particularly Galaxy in Flames, its good to know that there were those amongst the Traitor Legions that would never betray the Imperium, but my overall favourite would have to be a Thousand Sons, Magnus's effort to help his father ending in tragedy, and I have some respect for Ahriman.

Agreed!

Its amazing to see how the thousand sons betrayal lay of a knifes edge!

Magnus was a great character!
