It's referring to the Master of the Ravenwing's Landspeeder. His Landspeeder is Av14.

I always used C:MSL & Heavy bolters on mine, with that I would outrange my opponents, terrain etc

I mix mine up a bit. Usually run squads of 3, HB/MM, 2xHB and a typhoon. I DS them and then skim the outside of the battlefield taking any opportunistic shot I can. If it's too risky to get up close, I've got 2-3 HB and a missle launcher, or I can zip in and hit with my MM and ML. They usually survive too. well... Most of them anyways...
