Nightmares, no.
Dreams..yesss..
I get inspired easily, and it tends to infect my sleep.
If i've been working out a tournament list late into the night i wind up playing a 3 game 40K tournament in my mind that night. I may be sleep deprived, but i'm practiced for the real one that weekend..

All my 40k nightmares are dreams in which I go to a GW or LGS and they always have an entire wall dedicated to unique/custom bitz for pretty much every model. In my dreams, I can literally custom make every mini I want, and on top of that, it's cheap as hell. It's like visiting God's wargaming shop.
Then I wake up. And none of it exists.

No nightmares.
I did dream once after a weekend of reading Harry Potter and playin 40k that the game we played in my mind was like Wizzards Chess from HP, it was like the models on the table moved and did what you commanded.
I was playin green tide and called my Waaagh! all my dudes started to jump around and the front lines looked like they were little linebackers waiting for the cue to run.
Once I chose a unit to attack with a 20 strong squad of slugga boyz, they waited for the dice to fall, and ran into the unit creating carnage an killing accordingly.
It was kinda kool.
very geeky but kool at the time.

Well the story about the marine getting stranded inside of a dreadnought sarcaphogas gave me chills down my spine.
That and when someone at my store talked about the daemonettes what they exactly did. That one gave my nightmares. I have found myself clinging to Protestant girls more often now. I don't know if that is because of the daemonette story or just because I am dude who has an awesome taste in women.

You are not free whose liberty is won by the rigour of other, more righteous souls. Your are merely protected. Your freedom is parasitic, you suck the honourable man dry and offer nothing in return. You who have enjoyed freedom, who have done nothing to earn it, your time has come. This time you will stand alone and fight for yourselves. Now you will pay for your freedom in the currency of honest toil and human blood. |
