I'd like to see a short series of novels about the various gods. The war in heaven and so forth. Something like the ... Sil...Sylma... simirillion... the fethin' LotR novel about the creation of the rings.

So every five years or so Horus will be resurrected and plot to take over the galaxy with a new superweapon? Yeah, that'll be just wizard.

I want to see the Void Dragon wake up and side with the Imperium, along with a massive Necron army who proceed to wipe out that Mother Fu**************************** Deceiver and the very hungry Nightbringer.

After this, I want to see the Necron-Imperium Alliance take on a massive Chaos force that attacks Terra after over running Cadia (with the Brazen Claws surviving at the head of the retreating fleet). While this battle is taking place, it would be cool to see an Ork Waaaaaagh (lead by Thraka) show up at Terra right when a New, Massive Hive Fleet attacks. The Eldar and Tau then show up at the head of a massive coalition fleet to fight. The battle will seem hopeless,
but the Emperor, in his Spiritual State, will commune with the Hive Mind to get it on the Good Guy side, to beat the Bad Guys.

This new found alliance would fall apart as soon as a Fat Guy in a smiley face shirt discovers an anonymously deposited journal in the drop box of his Newspaper Office. It details how the Emperor originally planned all this, and could have stopped the deaths of thousands of Humans/Tau/Eldar but didn't with the intention of allowing the battle so he could unite all the good guys. The Fat Guy will decide to print this information as he spills a little kectup on his shirt,
thus allowing the Comedian the last laugh.

THERE, I just ruined Watchmen for everyone reading this.

More on the Halo/Ghoul stars, more on places that havent been explored yet and what may live there or have lived there.
All it would take is single Codex/fluff entries from intercepted messages, long lost dataslates refound, captains of small explorator ships reporting back.
So much unused potential :(
