Basically ADmech were a separate human empire with own laws and rules but then came EMPRAH an the ad mech saw him as human perfection (to the ad mech human bodies are simply biological machines, weak and feable hence why they love upgrading and since the emperor was a perfect being long lived, psyker, strong etc they saw him as a perfect biological machine not needing upgrading)
