PRO TIP: Focus on the drummer!
Anyone wanting to check out some good alternative to metal should check out a band called Therapy?. Dunno if some of you young uns have heard them before, if not, do yourselves a favour and YouTube them. I'd post some videos but I'm doing this on my iPhone, so I don't know how to do it
Also, Iced Earth are pretty awesome and for sheer comedic value Lordi win every fething time!

I'm both selfish and rational. I'm scheming, secretive and manipulative; I use knowledge as a tool for personal gain, and in turn obtaining more knowledge. At best, I am mysterious and stealthy; at worst, I am distrustful and opportunistic.

Automatically Appended Next Post: So uh, how on Midgard did there come about a Amon Amarth album and me not hearing about it?
Sneaky.
I know a hot chick who is a fan of Gyibaaw. Although my reaction to the band is "meh" I'm starting realize that we might have more different tastes in music than I realized (also you need to try other things
Maybe not so hardcore as all the other stuff on here, but still pretty good methinks. Just skip the long ass sound effects intro.

LoneLictor on thread about an ork choking the Emperor:
LoneLictor wrote: I like to imagine the Emperor kills so many Orks that he ends up half buried beneath a pile of corpses, with only his head sticking out. A lone grot stumbles across him, and starts choking him.
Then Horus comes across the lone grot, somehow managing to kill the Emperor, and punts it into space.
Five Finger Death Punch, Metallica, and Iron Maiden. All day 'erry day.
My favorite songs by FFDP are Bad Company, Under and Over it, and American Capitalist.
Fave by 'tallica: Ride the Lightning, For Whom the Bell Tolls, Of Wolf and Man, and Don't tread on me
And my favorites by Maiden are (in no particular order)
1. Run to the Hills
2. Aces High
3. Powerslave
4. Fear of the Dark
5. Killers
6. Alexander the great
7. The trooper
8. Number of the Beast
9. Flight of Icarus
10. Murders in the Rue Morgue
11. Flash of the blade
12. Invaders
13. Hallowed be thy Name
14. 2 Minutes to Midnight
15. Phantom of the Opera
16. Lost Somewhere in Time
17. Rime of the Ancient Mariner
18. Can I play with Madness
19. Iron Maiden
20. Passchendale
Everyone knows that 'Lost some where in time' is Maidens best song . It's a shame that Bruce can't hit those high note screams anymore. God I do love Maiden though =o]
