I was going to put that but I didn't want to speak for 100 Mile House and New Hazelton.

Yep, good 'ol Harper, using his first majority to push through his most slowed legislation. The rest of us will have to pick up the pieces.

Fun and Fluff for the Win!

Mind you the liberals (my favourite ideology) had an uncharismatic candidate, so I ended up voting for *gasp* socialist Jack Layton.

What the Liberal need to do is spend there next election budget on coming up with a way to reviving Pierre Trudeau from the dead, now that guy had charisma and some serious balls.

Forget it. The Liberal party has been a joke since he retired from politics. They only care about Eastern Canada, they treat the rest of the country like we're just their resource supply. Even Zombie Trudeau couldn't save that sinking ship.

If you're not a socialist then you aren't really a Canadian. True story.

We were once so close to heaven, St. Peter came out and gave us medals; declaring us "The nicest of the damned".

“Anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.'”

I actually don't mind Socialism, if it's done right it can be a beautiful thing I think too many people give it a bad name.

You know we're already socialists right? It's not a big deal. Just don't tell the Americans.
