Well obviously terminator armour is way heavier than standard Aquila-pattern power armour, so the maneuverability of a terminator astartes is less than that of your standard Marine.

The 2E Angels of Death Codex does mention such a device - at least for standard Astartes power armour, which is also weighed at about 250 lbs (or 114 kg) in that book before this subsystem kicks in. Of course, that's just one interpretation. FFG's RPGs make power armour appear much heavier, and they make no mention of anti-grav either. I assume the Terminator suits will sport a similar difference between both visions.
