Ahhhhhhhh, THAT'S why I never saw it in YMDC. That's good to know though. I'll show it to my group.

Yeah, it is not an official GW FAQ though, which is the problem. If it was, it would be on the GW site. Course viewing through a vehicle's guns is a 4th Ed rule and not a 5th Ed. But that thread got locked, don't want to get another locked.

The Demon thing is mentioned because for some odd reason, CSM Codex decided to use generic demons and generic greater demons, which is a total bummer. Only reason why they did it this way that I can fanthom is so it wouldn't screw over the Demon Codex. Pure guess on my part, but it is the only logical explaination I can come to. Should have been a combined codex anyways... generic demons suck and it is lame to have them.

Been playing 40k on and off since 89.

Yeah, I actually had some strong desire to summon a lot of demons with my CSM when I first got into 40K (this was before I knew they were two different armies), but it dropped off when I realized they were generic. For some reason, I really like the theme of cultists of Chaos being bolstered by their magics while the Chaos gods send demons to assist in their wars. Alas, it was not meant to be.

So, I ran this list against Tau tonight in annihilation. It did very well, and I won by a lot. The Rhinos are really working out great, and I'm glad I took them.

The Obliterator unit, at only two models, has been underwhelming in the two games I've used them. This game, they literally didn't do anything. Disruption Pods giving the Tau vehicle cover saves just nullified every shot. Every shot. And there were only 2 per turn, as they were only two models.

The Termicide unit failed horribly this past game, scoring no hits/wounds upon deep striking in, and then only serving to draw fire from a couple of units before dying in assault to Crysis Suits (which I guess is pretty good, actually).

The Thousand Suns are way better in a Rhino, and I love Gift of Chaos.

Dreadnought did alright! Combination Multimelta and missile launcher is pretty good.

I'm liking the Berserkers more and more each game. They just perform well every single time. When they get on something, it blows up. They take a lot of fire and keep ticking. They're just working as a great unit for me in this list. Definitely MVP this past game.

Daemon Prince died but did very well until he did.

I'm floundering a bit with the "normal" CSM in annihilation. I would use them to camp objectives in another game mode, but I just don't know what to do with them otherwise.

So, the Obliterators, normal CSM, and maybe the Termicide unit are in question for me. Any ideas as to why they don't feel like they're working out so well?
