When I was playing around with LoL a few months back I just loved Pantheon. A walking 300 montage with a nice ability set who can kill people dead and do an epic sky jump? What's not to love?

Yeah I love Pantheon some people say he's underpowered but I haven't found that, I think what a lot of people do wrong with him is they assume he's an auto-attack hero but he's not he relies on burst

damage from his abilities to kill and attack also his passive (I love it) makes him great for tower diving, I'll show you my build right here:

Items:
-Ionian Boots of Lucidity
-Last Whisper
-Frozen Mallet
-Atma's Impaler
-Infinity Edge
-Banshee's Veil

Runes:
-Greater Mark of Might (x9)
-Greater Seal of Might (x9)
-Greater Glyph of Might (x9)
-Greater Quintessences of Swiftness (x3)

-Summoner's Wrath
-Alacrity (x4)
-Sorcery (x4)
-Weapon Expertise

-Executioner
-Good Hands (x3)
-Improved Recall
-Swiftness (x4)

Gotta agree I didn't find him OP. I'd read he was difficult to play, but I didn't have much trouble. Mind you I never made it to level 30. I stopped playing around 20. I gave him the (Mongrel armor?) The one that gives 900+ and adds an addition 45 for kills. I used that as my only defensive item and then poured on: Last Whisper, Infinity Edge, Black Cleaver, Frozen Mallet, and Beserker Boots.

I recommend Ionian boots of Lucidity over Berserker Grieves because cool-down reduction is more important than attack speed with Pantheon.

I guess I never really tried it. Between his jump-spear thrusty thingy-spear throw combo Pantheon seems very capable of running down and killing all but the tankiest. And Skyfall I never got to work well as an attack but as a way to quickly get around the map its marvelous.

Then again I suppose the Beserker thing never did much for me in the first place when Pantheon gets all his killy goodness from his abilities.

I like when his skills glitch.

This, by the way, hasn't been fixed yet, last time it happened to me a couple weeks back he died mid air then drifted down into the fountain.
I'd also say mercury's treads would be a decent alternative to the lucidity boots.

I mained Pantheon for the longest time, but stopped when almost every other champion outstripped him.

Then they buffed him. I still haven't gotten around to playing him again.

There are some who walk until their legs fail them and they fall to the ground. I find that respectable.
Then there are those who drag themselves further. I find that admirable.

Also a good place to try item combos is the character builder on Leaguecraft, recommend it to any LoL player.

So I think I'm adding Sivir to my list of Mains; she's amazing now; sheen/Frozen Mallet is overpowered as hell on her.

The bouncing blades actually do on hit effects?

She was actually alright and somewhat underestimated before. With the right build as long as she could keep the blades bouncing she couldn't die.

Well, Riot just shat all over the jungle, right after I started to get the hang of jungling.

Not only is it boring as sin now, it's completely pointless. You might as well skip jungling altogether and go with a 2-1-2 lane setup. No more incentive to gank, and the gold and exp gains are absolutely pathetic.

They did it twice, first time with these new masteries second just then.

It only affects the first target, but if you use Sheen it boosts the damage of the first hit substancially, increasing the damage the bounces do; the kicker is that if you use hte move, it ALWAYS gets the Sheen bonus because of the fact that it's On-Next-Attack. And trying to kite FM Sivir is way worse than trying to get away from Ashe, as Sivir now gets a speed boost whenever she hits you.

I haven't tried it in an actual game yet, but she still gets 5 Minute Towers if you take Surge/Promote.

Yeah, I agree, but they did say they were willing to tweak the numbers, so hopefully they do that now.

Kog Maw, Veigar, and Cho Gath are my favorites with me playing Kog more than anyone else right now. There is just something amazing about using the butterfly skin and murdering people.

Not to mention the satisfying sound of his ulti scoring a long range kill that may have otherwise escaped with flash.

Good news about the jungle; this was posted on the forums by their lead Balance Designer:

Hey folks,

After letting the jungle settle for a day and not only reading the feedback on the forums, but watching streamers, discussing with high-level players, and running some additional internal testing and mathcraft, we will be making changes to the jungle, likely tomorrow.

What will be the scope of these changes, and what are we trying to fix?

* XP Rate: This isn't as smoothed out as we'd liked (or was intended) and has been the most noticeable problem in the new jungle. While we do think this is not as drastically far off as some believe, it is lower than intended. We'll likely make updates here, especially relating to small camps.

* Penalty of missed ganks: While we do like this tradeoff, we don't like the tradeoff ratio here, something you guys have also felt pretty substantially. Changes made will effect this for the better, whether in increased reward or reduced resource loss.

* Gold Rate: Jungler gold is slightly lower than needed, and this is also related to small camp gold. We will be more careful here as to not make counter-jungling worse (since it revolves largely on stealing the big monsters out of camps), but will be evaluating this.

Classick, Guinsoo and I will be doing some final proposals and mathcraft in the morning, in hopes to release it in a hotfix. I'll try to provide status updates as we get more information. Details to come.

Good that they're fixing it I was learning jungle Lee Sin, then the new masteries set that back followed by this.

They aren't changing it back, they are just tweaking it a little.

I know, it's just still better than it is at the moment. The health auras would make it much easier to jungle an likely gank with more hp and faster depending on how this tweak goes.

I don't really understand why they had to change it in the first place. There was nothing wrong with it to begin with. It really just feels arbitrary.

Basically, they hated two things about it;

1) You NEEDED to have a good Runepage to jungle effeciently, making it so low levels couldn't jungle.

2) It was a "Oh, it's clear now, let's go gank", and they wanted you to have to decide on WHEN was a good time to Gank. So they filled the Jungle up so that you would always have to choose, should I jungle or Gank?

Low levels still can't jungle effectively because they end up even more behind than level 30 junglers, who struggle to keep up with dual laners when they take no time to gank. Sure, if you're a low level jungler, now you can kill the minions, but that doesn't really matter in the end, since you'll fall so far behind that jungling's pointless anyway.

And now ganking is pretty much never worth it. You have to guarantee a kill, and you can never guarantee a kill. Most people will just flash out of it, which puts you even further behind. If you're jungling, you essentially have to AFK farm for the entire game, otherwise you fall way too far behind and become useless.
