The game that comes very close is called Dota, the game that LoL is copied off of, and you can bet your ass it will only improve now that it has ValvE's pockets behind it.
I highly doubt DotA is balanced as you say.
Also, having a Blink Dagger on everyone isn't that strong. Is it annoying? Yes. Is it that powerful? No; it only happens once every ~4 minutes, which is more than enough time for two team fights to break out; if they use it to engage (a favorite), they can't run away with it, if they run away with it, they can't engage with it, and even if they do still have it, a Bind or Stun will prevent it from happening. Most of us just like to bitch about it, but it's nothing problematic with the game.
And FYI, too many ladies stare at my ass now, I ain't betting on it.

You lost all credibility by saying this..seriously.
Flash makes it so that, in the so called "competitive" matches of LoL, very little kills happen in the first 20 minutes because its so hard to kill anyone unless they make a huge mistake because they will always have flash.
Its not a problem for LoL because LoL balances around the low-end people (IE: the majority who buy the most RP) to a very extreme extent, and anything that makes someone keep playing and not quit out of frustration (IE: Dieing) they will use.

Bull; if you payed ANY attention to LoL at all, you would know that they are definately balancing more towards higher end. You would know that, if you had been paying attention to LoL at all, the fact that your not even aware of the major changes to LoL lately is evidence towards this.
I may be "ignorant" of DotA, but your as much if not more "ignorant" of LoL.
Good Day, Sir.
What is everyone's opinions on Fighting Games? How close to being a sport would you guys think they would be?

Nice dodge, Slarg.
LoL is a gak product that doesn't even deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence as Dota.

Name one?
As for fighting games, I've played (and won) quite a few Soul Calibur tournaments. No one expects Astoroth to be fast
IMO, FPS is the best e-sports type for showing pure skill and sometimes teamplay. RTS the best to show of a great mind. And fighting games is just matter of memorising moves and counters. ARTS are the best for showing a combination of the three plus teamplay.
