Grey Knights are too pure and proud to poop.
Imperial Guardsmen use toilets.
Orks take crap like other humans. (But also use them as ammunition)
Eldar civilians poop out rainbows and aspect warriors laser beams.
Necrons don't have asses (Gw thought that they needed to be cohesive, so thats why Pariahs were removed)
Tau...I think they poop in some kind of storage pods, which they then launch (can be used as weapon)
Nids recycle everything.
