So, the Space Marines are basically the elite forces of the Imperium. They do not stop for anything, not for food, or weariness, or even sleep. But what about going to the bathroom? I mean, what happens when Brother Thaddeus is firing away his bolter at orks, when he suddenly realizes he needs to drop a log? He can't just open up the back-plate of his suit and go to a corner.
And what about other races and armies? Guard are average joes, so they probably have their own way of doing business, Necrons are no longer flesh and blood, and Tyranids, well...
Thoughts on this?

Their suits have bio-recylcers or whatever...
Basically space nappies.
Guardsmen go when the going's hot... yeah.
Everything else?
No idea... Eldar probably have thier own thing and Orks probably do their thing similar to Humans.

Marines - Reclamation units in their armor.
Grey Knights - Incorruptible reclamation units in their armor.
SoB - Pure and righteous reclamation units in their armor.
Guard - Latrines. Mentioned in the Guard Uplifting Primer.
Orks - Latrines. Mentioned in Codex: Orks, if I remember correctly.
Chaos Marines - n/a for Thousand Sons. Khorne probably recycles (though a strict diet of blood and raw human meat is not that good for your stomach... so unclogging reclamation units is one of the most undignified tasks a Dark Mechanicus would ever have to perform...). Slaanesh and Nurgle... ugh... I don't like what I'm thinking.
Tau - Hover-latrines.
Necrons - No pooping anymore, but secretly want to.
'Nids - No pooping. What a waste of biomass...
Eldar - Now that's a question.

Other than the fact that I know SM Power Armour has bio-recyclers, I can honestly say I have never, EVER, thought about this But since you have brought it up, IG do it like current military forces do, Orks probably similar, Eldar for all I know could have a mini star inside their suits to disintegrate any waste (they love to tote around their mastery of plasma energy), DE are so debased I don't want to think about it, Necrons don't have to, CSM would also have the bio-recyclers, Tau are also probably similar to IG (though I imagine Crisis Suits having a storage tank for the stuff similar to a camper trailer) and Tyranid are similar enough to insects that they do it whatever way insects do.

"It began, with the writing of the Great Codices,
2 were given to the Eldar. Immortal, Capricious, and most farsighted of all,
2 also to Chaos. Traitorous, Deceitful, Servants of the Dark Gods,
3 to the Xenos races. T'au, Orks, and Necrons. the Young, the Beast, and the Spiteful,

But there were some, who resisted. a Last Alliance of Men and Xenos took up arms against the forces of Ward'or and on the Slopes of Mount Doom they fought for the freedom of 40k."

Basically, marines can survive for a limited time on their recycled wastes. But its only for emergencies, they do need to eat eventually.

Orks with decent sized camps have big pits that they use as common cesspool, between the mix of feces and spores eventually squigs appear inside of them, and Grots are then assigned to harvest them for food/supplies/fungus beer.
