I strongly dislike the looks of that toy trukk!
I think he just meant to point out your conversion's similarity to Optimus Prime... If you google "Orktimus Prime," you'll see others have made the same connection!

Agreed. That's the kind of toy you give to your baby nephew to drool on, while yours is the kind of toy that you keep safely hidden away so you may drool on it yourself.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
Orks always ride in single file to hide their strength and numbers.

Codex entry: "[looted wagons] may even be anti-gravity skiffs that the Orks have not had a proper chance to crash into the ground yet"

You can use anything you want, even Tau vehicles.
Yes, you can use any GW or Citadel model or conversion for a looted wagon, even Skimmers, but they won't have the Skimmer rules when you play with them, just Tank, Open-Topped.

I don't write the rules. My ego just lives and dies by them one model at a time.

I looted a hammerhead without giving much thought to it no longer being a skimmer. Fortunately, it had the feet down and no flying base. I just said " the antigravity still works, but they can't control the height and they can't raise the landing gear. It scrapes the ground all the time, making it no more maneuverable than a ground vehicle."
