Check your rulebook, page 71.A skimmer that has moved flat-out in its last movement phase has a cover save of 4+.


Scout movement doesn't count as a "movement phase" since there are no movement phases before turn 1.

*But* the GW rulebook FAQ (from the GW site) clarifies that a skimmer that moved fast during scout movement gets the cover save.

Why is it that whenever there is a viable tactic (such scout biker) then BA will do it better)?
